Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - changing or canceling the order
Which shipping providers do you use?

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx.

How long it will take to receive my order?

All credit card orders (US and Canada) for in-stock products on any business day are normally shipped within 1-2 business days upon payment approval. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the UPS Service will be delayed one business day. All items are pre-tested prior to shipment and we are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any type of delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option of accepting or canceling the order of the item backordered. Estimated Ground shipping is 3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to.

How can we pay for our order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. We ship to Confirmed addresses only. No Exceptions. All Payments with an unconfirmed address will be refunded.

Do you sell BRAND NEW products?

iHerbalFoods.com is an Independent Sunrider Distributor. All products that we sell are brand new/sealed and 100% guaranteed authentic.

Is it secure to order online from your website?

iHerbal Foods believes strongly in protecting the privacy of our customers. All personal information at iHerbal Foods will be treated with the strictest confidence. We use All Let’s Encrypt certificate technology to protect the security of all account information as it is transmitted to us. All account information and customer data is kept on a secure server and protected against unauthorized access. iHerbal Foods will never sell or share your information.

 

What is your return policy?

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us at sales@iherbalfood.com.

  • All merchandise is guaranteed for 14 DAYS from original date of purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please, email our returns department at sales@iherbalfood.com to request RMA#. All returns must be received within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date. An exchange or refund will be available within 14 days of receiving merchandise. All refunds are issued only after the customer returns the product back to us. All returned products will be inspected before any exchange/refund is issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
  • The returned item should include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, RMA# & the appropriate “return shipping address". Please allow 5- 14 days for processing.
  • All returned items MUST be brand new, sealed and unused/unopened. We will not accept opened/unsealed or used items. All returns must be received within 14 days from the RA# issuing date.
  • All Refused / Undeliverable/Unwanted Packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 15% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
  • iHerbalFoods.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. This also applies to defective items.
